EXCLUSIVE WHITEPAPER

THE MOVE TO ONLINE LEARNING

School experiences of online learning - an independent review

"Despite the incredibly challenging situation we have found ourselves in during the past few months, two things are clear; firstly, this is an opportunity for us to learn, innovate and transform our education systems, and secondly, we should all work together to find the best way forward. Therefore, beyond the pandemic, the crucial question of how we can make the most of what we have learnt needs to be answered, so that we can turn the turmoil into something positive educationally."

Having attended the Frog20 Virtual Conference which brought together schools from around the world to share lockdown experiences, Phillip Yeung took an independent view of the key themes raised in this new and exclusive whitepaper.

The Real-World Learning (RWL) Series originated pre-lockdown as an invitation for schools to share their stories for the benefit of others. Although initially it was Frog schools helping other Frog schools, it has since taken a life beyond the technology being used and now centres on the experience of moving to online learning - however that may be facilitated.

As a result, we would like to play host to these stories to assist schools in getting inspiration and advice from others. If you would like to share your Real-World Learning story or have a question that needs answering, please use the hashtag #RWLCHAT to help others find it.

We will also be posting some of the great examples that have already been shared with us.
