6. Governors Portal

Story

We implemented a governor’s portal to become a virtual office for the governors. All agendas and documents for every meeting are stored under the relevant sections. The site also contains governing body data and information.

Impact

This allows governors to securely store meeting notes from each committee. Governors can also keep up to date should they miss any meetings but also prepare for future meetings. Since the provisioning of iPads was introduced, the meetings have become paperless and shorter!
