It's like a family!
It’s a relaxed, laid back environment with meetings over a game of pool. We all enjoy a lot of banter and a laugh - it’s like one big family and it gets under your skin.
Everyone is encouraged to ‘pitch in and help’ so you might find yourself pulled on to a project that would normally have nothing to do with your job. If you’ve a good idea you can just wander over to the MD for a chat. We have a good social life with people going out for Mountain bike rides or going to the gym together, trips to the Cinema and nights out for a drink or three. Even people who have left for other jobs can’t stay away and often join us on nights out for a catch up.
