There are a few widgets than can be used to create a great communication tool between parents and the school.

File Drop

This widget can be used to distribute important documents and school letters. This can cut down on the costs of postage and avoid parents receiving lots of emails from the school. You can use the 'Rules' options on the widget to display the correct information to relevant parents, for example, some schools offer a reduced price for school trips to pupil premium parents. By creating a group of these parents you can utilise the Rules options to display the correct file drop to the correct group of parents. Therefore, pupil premium parents see a different trips letter to other parents.

Notice Board

This widget is a simple one, that be used for one way communication to parents. This gives the ability of sending quick alerts and messages to parents.
