This widget shows the logged-in user a summary of their progress through a form. The widget was designed for compliance forms, where a member of staff may have to complete lots of forms.
Add this widget to a site on a summary page, and use the settings to point to the form and the page the form is placed on. When the user visits the summary page, the widget will check the form for submissions and display one of three statements:
Not started
In progress
Completed
The completed status is recorded by having the user complete a specific field. The name of the field can be set in the widget settings.
The icon displayed and the title are both pulled in from the page automatically.

Important Information
The Package Manager application is required to create and install FrogCode applications and widgets. By default, it is not available to any group, including Admins. This can be added in Groups and Policies.
